Do you come to pick me up from my hotel?
Yes, we do pick up at hotels.Make sure that you write the correct address of your hotel or accommodation from where we should pick you up
At what time tour will finish?
The tour finishes around 6pm
How big is the group?
The group is designed for max. 8 people.
How to book if my group is more than 8 people?
You can make the booking for as many people you want, but keeping in mind that the group will be split in different vans, maximum 8 people per vehicle.
I don’t want to join a group, can I make a booking just for me and my family?
We also have this tour as a private option. If you book it, it’s only going to be you and your family in the van. And if you are staying in Lisbon we can pick you up at your hotel or address.
One of the persons in the group is on a wheel chair, is it possible to join the tour?
It’s not possible, but you can contact us, because we can give you contact of a specialized tour company that will take you.
What if it’s raining?
We do the tour always. Only if there are any alert by authorities saying that there is danger on the visited region, we will cancel the tour (with full refund) or try to reschedule for another date
I’m bringing a baby or a child. Should I bring a baby seat / child booster?
We can provide the seats for children from 1 to 11 year old, but don’t forget to book for “children” or “infants”. If your child is up to 1 year old, please bring your own egg stroller.
