Come and visit Évora, one of Portugal’s most characteristic and historical cities. Be amazed by its monuments, views and gastronomy.
We start the tour heading south by crossing the impressive Vasco da Gama Bridge, the longest in the European Union.
We stop in the famous Chapel of Bones, by the Church of St. Francis before heading into one of the best well kept medieval towns of Europe, where you will have the opportunity to roam the town, see the local craftwork as well as get a feel of what a Rural City in Portugal truly is.
It’s also around this time that we will have a traditional lunch to enjoy the typical local dishes and wines.
During the afternoon we still have time to visit some very unique monuments, like the Roman Temple of Évora or the Cathedral famous for its breathtaking viewpoint.
We then head back to Lisbon crossing the oldest and most iconic bridge over the Tagus River, the 25th of April Bridge.
